The finance minister of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Norbert Walter-Borjans, has just published a press release, saying that the green and red countries (Grüne and SPD) will say No to the Swiss deal. He says "countries", so it's not only the opinion of the finance ministers, and by including the Greens, he also includes Baden-Württemberg.
Let's hope that's not just hot air and wait for the 23rd, but it looks like we can have a party end of November!
